1. Agreeing to these Terms

By tapping "Continue with Google", creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. You must also follow any rules or guidance shown inside the app. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the right to do so.

2. Beta service and data loss

The Service is provided as an early, beta version for testing and improvement. Because of that:

• Features may be added, changed or removed at any time, and the Service may be slow, interrupted or unavailable.
• Data can be lost. Profiles, photos, likes, matches, contact requests and other information may be lost, corrupted, reset or deleted, with or without notice, for example during updates, fixes or testing.
• We do not guarantee backups or that any data can be recovered.
• We may reset or remove accounts and test data as we develop the Service.

You use the Service during the beta at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of data, matches, time or opportunity caused by beta-related issues.

3. Who can use Kundli Match (18+ only)

Kundli Match is intended solely for adults. Users can share text, photos and other content, and the Service may contain material of an adult or sexual nature, although we work hard to keep explicit content out (see section 6). You may use the Service only if you:

• are at least 18 years old (or older, if the age of majority where you live is higher) and able to enter a binding agreement under the law where you live;
• are legally allowed, where you live, to view adult-oriented content and to use a service like this;
• are looking to meet people for genuine matchmaking or relationships, and not for any commercial, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• have not been removed from the Service before; and
• are not prevented from using it by any law.

If you are under 18, you must not use Kundli Match, and parents or guardians should not allow a child to use it. Giving a false age or birth date is a breach of these Terms. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we will delete any account we believe belongs to someone under 18 without notice.

4. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure; you are responsible for activity under your Kundli Match account.
• Give accurate, current and truthful information, including your name, age, gender, photo and birth details. Your photo must show you.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people or share your account.
• Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account.

Daily limits and optional videos

Some features have daily limits, for example how many people you can like or super like in a day, or waving to and asking for social media contacts from a match. You can choose to watch a short video, shown by Google AdMob, to get more likes or super likes, to unlock a match, or to see who liked you. Videos are optional and are never needed to use the basic service. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may change or be withdrawn. We decide the limits and what each video gives, and we may change them at any time. Do not tap, click, or try to fake or automate videos or their rewards: we may withhold rewards obtained that way and suspend the account. The way your information is used when a video is shown is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. About astrology and compatibility

Kundli charts, Ashtakoota scores, doshas and compatibility percentages are calculated using traditional Vedic astrology methods and are provided for guidance, cultural interest and entertainment. They are not scientific fact, and they are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice. A high or low score does not promise or rule out a happy relationship or marriage, and you should not make major life decisions based on it alone. The results depend on the birth details you and others provide, which we cannot verify.

6. Adult content and meeting people safely

Adult content

Kundli Match is an adults-only service. Because users write their own bios, upload their own photos and can contact each other, including outside the app on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, you may see or receive content that is sexual, suggestive or otherwise intended for adults. We work hard to keep explicit content out of Kundli Match, using image-detection technology, manual review by our team and reporting tools. But we cannot review everything before it appears, and we do not promise to catch all of it. By using the Service you confirm you are an adult, that you are willing to encounter this kind of content, and that you will not use the Service if you are not. You can block and report any person or content at any time.

That said, some things are never allowed, whatever the context: anything sexual involving a person under 18; sexual or intimate images shared or threatened to be shared without the consent of the person shown; and any form of sexual exploitation, coercion, trafficking or paid sexual services. Such content is reported to the authorities where the law requires.

Meeting people safely

Kundli Match connects people; we are not a party to any relationship or arrangement between users. We do not carry out background or criminal checks, and we cannot guarantee that anyone is who they say they are or that they will behave well. You are responsible for your own safety and your interactions with other users, online and offline.

• Take your time getting to know someone before sharing personal details or meeting.
• Meet first in a public place and tell a friend or family member where you are going.
• Never send money, gift cards or financial details to someone you have met through the app.
• Block and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable or asks for money.

7. Chat, and Facebook and Instagram links

• Chat. You can send text messages to people you have matched with. Be kind and respectful. Messages containing hate slurs or threats are not sent; sexually explicit messages may be reviewed by our team. Do not use chat to advertise, spam, ask for money or payment details, or move someone to another service in order to scam them. Never send money to someone you have not met in person. If someone makes you uncomfortable, block or report them from the chat — a report includes your most recent messages with that person so we can review what happened.
• You may share your own Instagram, Facebook or other contact in a chat if you wish. Only share contacts that belong to you, and only with people you trust: once shared, we cannot control what the other person does with them.
• You may add a Facebook profile link and an Instagram handle. Add only ones that belong to you — do not add another person's.
• They stay hidden from other users until you approve a specific person's request. When you approve, you agree that person can see it and may contact you there, including on Messenger. You can stop sharing at any time, but we cannot control anything a person has already copied.
• Do not use another person's Facebook or Instagram, or use a link you receive from the Service to spam, harass, advertise or scam.

8. Your content

"Your content" means anything you put into the Service: your photo, bio, occupation, birth details, and any other information. You keep ownership of it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and share it with other users as needed to run and improve the Service. That licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies that remain in backups for a short time or that other users have lawfully saved. You confirm that you have the right to post your content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

9. Rules of use

You agree not to:

• pretend to be another person, or create a fake, misleading or duplicate profile, or use someone else's photos or details;
• harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, discriminate against or shame anyone, or send sexual, hateful or violent content;
• ask for money, promote products or services, run scams, or use the Service for advertising, recruiting or any commercial purpose;
• post anything illegal, or content involving minors, or that infringes someone's rights or privacy;
• use nudity or sexually explicit images as your profile photo or in your profile text (profile information is visible to everyone you are shown to);
• send sexual content or sexual messages to anyone who has not clearly welcomed it, or keep doing so after being asked to stop, blocked or ignored;
• share, or threaten to share, someone's private or intimate photos, messages or details without their consent;
• offer, ask for or advertise sexual services, escorting or anything involving payment for sex, or take part in or promote trafficking or exploitation;
• pressure, coerce or blackmail anyone;
• collect, scrape or copy other users' information, or use the Service to build databases or contact lists;
• interfere with the Service: probing or attacking our systems, using bots or automation, reverse engineering the app, or bypassing limits, verification or blocks;
• use the Service if you are under 18, or help someone under 18 to use it; or
• encourage or help anyone to do any of the above.

You can report anyone from the app: with the flag on their profile card, or from the menu in a match. We may review reports and take action, which can include warnings, removing content, restricting features, and suspending, banning or deleting accounts, at our discretion. We do not tell the person who made a report.

Photos are also checked with image-detection technology, and may be reviewed by a person, for nudity and sexually explicit content (see the Privacy Policy). We may refuse or remove a photo that appears to break these rules. These checks can be wrong: if a photo was turned down or removed by mistake, contact us and we will look at it.

10. Impersonation and reporting

If anyone is impersonating you or another person, or you come across a fake, abusive or unsafe profile, please report it to us straight away:

Please give us the name shown on the profile and, if possible, a screenshot. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also block a person from the chat screen. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.

11. Notifications

By using the Service you agree that we may send you notifications about your matches, messages, likes, waves, contact requests, account and safety, and occasional reminders. You can switch notifications off in the app or in your phone settings.

12. Our rights in the Service

The Service, including the Kundli Match name, logo, design, software, text and the way compatibility is calculated and presented, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify or distribute any part of it without our written permission.

13. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Kundli Match at any time. In the app you can deactivate your account (your profile is hidden until you sign in again and choose to reactivate it) or delete it permanently, from Profile, using the three dots at the top right. If you cannot use the app, you can ask us to delete it by contacting us (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, put others at risk, or if we need to close or change the Service.

Bans. If we ban you, you can no longer sign in, and the app will tell you that you are banned and how to contact us. A ban applies to the person, not only to one account: to make it effective we keep the email address and Google account identifier it relates to, even if the account is deleted, and we may refuse to let a banned person create a new account. If you believe a ban is a mistake, contact us at the address in the Privacy Policy and we will look at it.

Sections that by their nature should continue (such as disclaimers, limits of liability and governing law) will continue after your account ends.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free; that any information or compatibility result is accurate or suitable for you; that you will find a match, a partner or a marriage; or that any user is honest or safe. We are not responsible for what users say or do, on or off the Service, or for any adult or sexual content that users post or send. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

15. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and the people who work with us are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or for emotional distress, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, your dealings with other users, or the beta nature of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the previous 12 months (which is currently nothing, as the Service is free) or NPR 1,000.

16. Your responsibility for claims

You agree to be responsible for, and to protect us against, claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your dealings with other users, to the extent the law permits.

17. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, pause or stop any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms, particularly during the beta. The date at the top shows when they last changed. For significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Kundli Match after a change, you accept the updated Terms; if you don't accept them, please stop using the Service.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute that we cannot settle informally will be handled by the courts of Nepal. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the problem together.

19. General

• If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation, and will tell you if we do.
• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
